From Monday, 3rd March 2025, our prescription query line will be available only between 10 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

For queries outside these hours, please email us at kmicb.newton.prescriptions@nhs.net

Please note:

  • We do not take prescription requests over the phone. 
  • Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to respond to prescription request emails to let you know when it is done

Prescription requests can take up to 5 working days to process.

If you would like to check the status of your prescription ie: if it is ready for collection, please contact your nominated pharmacy or check the NHS App.

The NHS App also allows you to:

  • Request repeat medication
  • View your health record
  • Check upcoming and past appointments
