We are excited to announce that some of the Newton Place Surgery Team will be participating in the Race for Life in June!
Cancer is happening right now, which is why we are taking part in the Race for Life to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s ground breaking work.
£5 kits out one of the research labs with essential chemicals, £20 buys a new bulb for microscopes, £100 buys a Bunsen burner - a simple item that helps the scientists ignite the research on a daily basis, £400 is the cost of running Cancer Chat for one day, helping thousands of people through very difficult times.
